From your earliest date ( first available date for delivery) requested we will be in process of planning and scheduling your shipment.
Our average delivery time for that requested 1-14 business days (less than 1200 miles), OR 3-25 business days for the coast to coast deliveries (1201 Miles and more). You will be contacted by our dispatch department a day prior loading your items on our delivery truck, Your driver will be contacting you 12-24 hours in advance of his arrival
IT IS THE CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY TO BE PRESENT IN ORDER TO ALLOW ENTRY FOR UNLOADING.
IF THE CUSTOMER IS NOT PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, A RE DELIVERY CHARGE IS SUBJECT TO APPLY. IT IS ALSO THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO INFORM THE LONG DISTANCE DEPARTMENT OF ANY CHANGES IN ADDRESS OR PHONE CONTACT INFORMATION.

* If you answered “NO”, please be advised of possible excessive carry/shuttle charges. Long driveways over 100 feet is also subject to extra carry charges. Shuttle charges are as follows: $400 for the first 300 CF and $65 for each additional 100 CF.
